When your show ends, every item is already sorted and ready to pack.

What you need to get started
Before and after NotBot
What the end of a show looks like, with and without it.
Before
Writing labels by hand, sorting after the show.
- Scribbling usernames or item numbers between sales.
- Hunting through a pile of items to group them by buyer.
- Hours of sorting before you can start packing.
After
Labels print themselves, packages are already organized.
- A label prints the moment a buyer wins.
- Same buyer wins again? Same number. Items stay together.
- Show ends, everything is sorted, you start packing.
How It Works
NotBot works seamlessly in the background while you sell

Install & Connect
Download NotBot for Mac or Windows. Log into your Whatnot account inside NotBot, connect your thermal printer, and pick your label size. We recommend removable labels so they peel off cleanly.

Start Streaming
Go live from your phone or iPad like you normally do. On your computer, NotBot watches the same stream and picks up every win automatically.

Pack & Ship
Labels print automatically with buyer numbers. Just match items to numbers, add shipping labels, and ship.
Watch a show happen.
This is what NotBot does, in real time, on every label.
Works With Your Thermal Printer
NotBot sends labels through your computer's standard print system, so it works with any thermal printer your computer can see.
Compatible Label Sizes
Choose the size that fits your workflow
1 x 1"
Smallest. Tag tiny items like coins or cards.
2 x 1"
Compact. Best for small items.
1 x 3"
Wide format. Easy scanning at a glance.
2 x 3"
Most popular, all-around size.
4 x 6"
Shipping label size. Sort and ship on the same label.
Three Print Modes
Choose how labels print during your stream
Every Item
Prints a label for every auction win. Each label shows the username, item name, and a badge like "Auction Win" or "Buy It Now." Best when you want to tag each item individually.
Once Per Buyer
Prints one label per buyer on their first win of the show. Shows a large buyer number and username.
The box method: stick the label on a box or bag, then toss in each item as that buyer keeps winning. One container per buyer, no sorting later.
Every Item + Buyer
Both at once. Prints an item label for each win and a buyer label on the first win. Tag individual items and sort by buyer at the same time.

Frequently Asked Questions
For the complete reference, see the NotBot documentation.
How does NotBot know when someone wins?
You log into Whatnot inside NotBot on your computer, and it watches your stream and picks up every auction win and giveaway automatically. Nothing extra to set up.
Do I need my phone and my computer?
Yes. Sell from your phone or iPad like you normally do. NotBot runs on your computer alongside your show, printing labels as buyers win.
What do I need to use NotBot?
A Whatnot seller account, a thermal label printer, and a Mac or Windows computer. We recommend removable labels so they peel off cleanly without leaving residue. Currently supports Whatnot only.
How fast is setup?
Under 5 minutes. Download the desktop app, connect your printer, and choose your label size. You're ready to sell.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes! Mac requires macOS 12 (Monterey) or later, and works on both Intel and Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4). Windows 10 and 11 are both supported. If you're on macOS 11 (Big Sur), v1.2.6 is the last version that will run on your machine.
What printers work?
If your computer can print to it, NotBot can use it. We recommend a USB thermal printer for the best experience, but network and Bluetooth printers work too.
What label sizes can I use?
1x1", 2x1", 1x3", 2x3", and 4x6". You can customize how your labels look with the Label Designer. We recommend removable labels so they peel off cleanly.
